I had my first experience with Monica’s Kickboxing Circuit Training Class. It was a challenging class and it took some heart and determination to get through it. Well, I didn’t have the heart and determination to get through it the first time – but the second time, I was willing and determined – and I made it through!
We partnered up in twos and powered through the workout – each team trying to finish it on top.
WarmUp
2 x 3min rounds of jump roping (last 30 seconds High Knees)
Monica’s Challenge:
50 Bosu Shuffles
25 Jumping Jacks
25 Burpees
15 Jump Knees to the Chest
1 Lap around Mats
15 Knees (Kick Boxing)
30 Kicks (Kick Boxing)
Repeat then do Kicks with other leg.
When we are through, we cool down with crunches on the exercise balls.
How long does this take? I can’t remember as time moves so slow as we work out sometimes.
