    OFit Warriors

    Our O-Fit Warriors is focused on teaching karate to children of all ages. Adults classes are pending.  In the Kids Karate class, they will learn a hybrid form of Okinawa-Te Karate taught by Sensei Glenn.

    Included in their training are other forms of self defense and fighting styles: Tae Kwon Do, Boxing, Muay Thai and JuJutsu.

    Kids learn discipline, commitment, dedication and respect. Their progression in the OFit Warrior program is through colored belt advancement.
